Gray is a homicide detective on the trail of a killer whose MO was to leave behind apair of fishnet stocking next to the body. The closer he gets to the case he realizes that he may have already come in contact with the killer.

Gray glanced at his wrist watch and sighed; 3:45 AM. He should have gone home and went straight to sleep when he got off work. Instead he ended up having a few too many drinks with a couple of the boys from homicide. His last case left a bad taste in his mouth. Ronald P. Davis had murdered his ex-girl friend LaTrinda Walker. His alibi was almost airtight, but Gray found that tiny loophole that nailed that piece of crap to the wall. The coroner said LaTrinda died at 11:00 PM, Davis claimed that he was at home watching Seinfeld at the time. As an avid Seinfeld watcher Gray had every DVD and brought the episode in question into the station to analyze it. Next he called the station and set up an appointment to view the television programming for the March 21 evening time slot.
