Angels with a message that warns us to be careful of what we pray for, because it might come true.

There was once an angel whose name was Niña who was so forgetful that she was always left behind in heaven while all the other angels were all sent to run errands for God. But one day, her break came when God had no choice but to summon for her because there was no one left to do a certain task

So God called Niña, “Niña, this is your big chance to prove to me and to all that we can depend on you. So be very careful to follow what I will ask you to do. I want you to go to a certain village where two old widows live. They are both sick. Now, the names of these widows are Mary and Marie. Here’s what I want you to do. I want you to make Mary well, but take Marie’s soul with you for it is already her time. Is that clear enough for you? Do you think you can do that, Niña?”

“Make Mary well and take Marie’s soul with me. That’s easy. I can definitely do that. Thank you, my Lord. Don’t worry, I shall not fail you” Niña answered confidently.

And so Niña happily set on her very first mission. She is so excited that when she reached the village where the two old widows live, she cannot remember who to make well and whose soul she would have to take. She is afraid to return back to heaven to ask God once again because God might not send her back again. So she decided to stay and observe the two old widows for some clues who to heal and who take away with her. She first visited Mary. She saw Mary lying weakly in the bed, and there was nobody around to take care of her. Then she heard her mumbled something in prayer.

“Oh, God, if you are listening, please take me now. My children have forgotten me and don’t even have the time to visit me. And when they do come, they don’t seem too happy to see me, but just consider me as a burden to them. Please, God, I beg you, take me now”, whispered Mary then sobs uncontrollably.

Niña then transferred to Marie’s house and found her sleeping peacefully on her bed. Beside her is her daughter kneeling down in prayer.
