Four enthusiastic kids are craving to get involved in an exciting activity. But lately there seems to be a dilemma of children being abducted. Will they take avail in cracking this very mystery or will they too end up being kidnapped?

Once upon a time near a wild forest lived four friends- Harry, Cathy, Rafael and Margaret. The four had a dream to travel over the forest and to go further. In the place they lived many parents were in grief about their children being abducted. And once, one of their peers at school was also kidnapped. Cathy grew frightened and asked, What if one of us will be missing later? The news spread like a forest fire and the parents barred their children from going anywhere alone. Once in their class the teacher announced, Tomorrow all the students shall be taken for a three day excursion. That day after school, the leader of the group- Rafael called for a meeting. In the meeting he told We shall go for the excursion but, halfway we shall change the route to fulfill our dream. All of them agreed. Rafael told that hell get a map of the forest. Harry told hell bring a bundle of wood tied with a pretty long rope. Margaret told she shall bring cushions. Cathy told that shell bring lemonade and some chocolate cookies.

Next morning in the bus all were darn thrilled. Rafael told them about the sign that he and Harry shall produce. All the students got down the bus and began walking. It soon grew dark and so they camped for the night in the forest. The lit a campfire and sat by the fireside. A few were singing and playing guitar. Later when all left to the tents and ended up sleeping soundly, Harry and Rafael gave a howl. Then the four tiptoed out with their backpacks. They kept moving for hours but it was then a rain halted their journey. To escape the rain, they entered a cavern. There Margaret gave each one a cushion and snoozed for a while. Next morning, they had lemonade and cookies to freshen up. Once again they set out with Harry clearing all small plants and Rafael learned the map. Finally, they saw a small river.

Harry laid down a bundle of planks and built a fine raft. They got on the raft and sailed across. On the marshy bank they saw some footprints and a pair of small slippers. When they moved forward they heard some men hysterically laughing. They pushed aside some leaves and saw a couple of children tied to trees, a small tent and three barbate men. Rafael looked around and saw a tree house. One by one they climbed and watched everything from above. Cathy saw something bizarre. One of the tied ones was Ainston a student who was missing from the school. At that night they went down the tree house and untied Anistons rope. And Harry saw a bow and some arrows. He took that along with him and promised that the others will be released later. They went top with Ainston and Harry gave him a glass of lemonade and some chocolate cookies. He tucked the food and they all looked in astonishment.

It\’s said that every first novel (this would apply to novice writing of about any genre) is in some sense autobiographical. I\’ve found this to be true in my case. In my own fiction writing (published for the first time on Triond), though there is a strong fantastic element, it really draws on personal concerns, hopes, fears and experiences.

I say all that because I wonder what kind of personal concerns this story draws on in you, a self-described novice. To pull a story like this off would take something personally important to you, even if you never directly experienced it yourself.

This is why novices are told consistently, \”Write what you know\”. That applies even if you only \”know\” what you fear, or hope, or love.

This is my way of encouraging you to keep up the good work and keep improving. :)

You sure have your own style. Every writer must have the deepest passion for the type of writing they want to protray. I feel, you have it. Practice is the key!
