We experience a lot of events in this life some can easily be explained others cloud our memory for years. Based on some of our experiences we make or assume profound destinations for those who have passed to the great beyond.
Death the great leveler of men
We all get caught up in the day- to-day rush and soon accept our station in life. However, at the end of the journey there is a surprise in store. All men are leveled when the spirit of life leave the body. No one takes any of the earthly distinctions beyond the grave. People are often buried with great honors and ceremonies. But the remains of the king the prince and the common man all decay and go back to the earth which gave it. There can be no further communication between this world and the world of the dead. There are those whose claim to have communication and to be able to influence matters in this world and the next. Evidence indicates otherwise.
The young man chatted with me and he eventually returned to his memory of his grandmother. He mentioned that she could see into the next dimension. While he talked I considered the many people that have departed this earth. No matter how great or small their work at their demise none of them came back and gave instruction for completing their work. Then there is the matter of heaven and hell. If a mother cold come back and save her children from the pit and guide them to the heavenly realm would she not do so? The only record credibly conversation on the topics is contained in the book that all men want to read but few will follow. “Luk 16:19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
Luk 16:20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
Luk 16:21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
Luk 16:22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
Luk 16:23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
Luk 16:24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
