Its a short story with a small amount of humor. Its mostly suspense and somehow horror. You be the judge.

He appears in a poor town. He enters a small house. It looked empty. He is really hungry so he goes into the kitchen. He sees a box of matches and he starts to play with it. One of the matches falls to the floor and starts a fire in the house. He panics and runs outside. A few seconds after the house caught fire. Inside the house was his father who was a small child at that time. Him and his family were sleeping. He looks at his hands and he sees himself fading…like if his body was fading into the air. His arm starts turning into the same kind of dust inside the hourglass. The cap of the hourglass opens and starts sucking him inside. The poor child does not know what to do. He drops the hourglass to the floor. The hourglass breaks in half. He backpedals and falls to the floor in shock. He can’t believe what he is seeing. Thousands of glowing souls are coming out of the dust in the hourglass. All Michael can hear is shouting and groans of pain, millions of years of pain. After the event is over…the dust lost its shine. It doesn’t glow anymore. Doesn’t call his attention like it used to. After the wind takes away the hourglass dust, Michael closes his eyes. He opens them…and he is back in the attic. Everything is back to normal.
