The Land of Broken Dreams was dedicated to all the victims of “Sendong” A.K.A “Washi” last December 2011 Tragedy.

The salient night gather its energy as its horrific transformation of sadness approaching towards us. The shallowness of it can be sensed but yet be tasted for everyone around us cannot foretell what lies ahead of it that night. It can only be remembered as a horrific nightmare yet to be revealed amongst us all.
It was only a bad dream for the ones who survived but then a nightmare for the ones who lost something. Its sick reality that’s been brought would never be uncovered that night since darkness shadowing us all and preventing us from having a glimpse of such sorrowful demise.
Our children’s scents are gone in just a mesmerizing blink on an eye whilst our hatred outraged to overcome what needs to done. Tears and laughter are just trying to emerge as we dive deep into it though the night.
Pain and sufferings surrounds us all as we battle nature itself in order to survive. So unfortunate but true, it holds the key to eyes of such innocent that been witnessing every inch of its tragic outcome. Some covered their eyes with glues as they hear swallowing ground running in remorse together with its heavy blood-stained dark water. Screaming trees and houses crumbled together as our buildings collapsed. Men, women, children’s screams Helpless as heroes falls one by one. There’s nothing we can do but wait until it ravished us all leaving us one handed.
The night is full and the sun’s light is replacing it, everything you can see are affected by it and casualties cannot be counted because all we see is tears falling and bodies are everywhere.
We must move on to in order to have a better hive and start a new world for a new life!
This shallow writing is dedicated to all the victims of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan City last December 2011 brought by “Sendong” a.k.a “Washi”
