I was wondering what it would be like to be a ham sandwich so I wrote this..
I awoke a few hours later I was still on the coffee table the boy was sleeping and the TV was still on. I sat there motionless watching as one of the kids on this program ran about yelling and screaming. I could still feel myself being digested in his stomach and the pain from being bitten and separated from myself, but it had mellowed out, and had gone kind of numb. There was a knock at the door and the boy woke up, he jumped and ran to the door but stopped short, he came back and picked me up, he carried me over to the door, as he opened the door he took another bite of me. The pain was intense the gnashing of the teeth on my body and the swirling of me in his mouth and stomach was confusing. I can’t figure out why I became the sandwich, why I would be put through this incredible dismemberment? The lady at the door was looking for his mother. He called out to tell her someone was here for her. The rumbling of his voice made me swish around inside him. I just wanted this to end.
The boy returned to the couch he set me down again, and drank from his beverage. The next thing I know I’m being carried off by his dog, the k-9’s teeth were sharp and dug into me with awesome power. The boy came running and yelling at him to drop me, but to no avail the dog had gotten away. The dog took me into a room where he sat me down and took a bite out of me, as he chewed me into bits, I could smell his dog breath and feel myself being swallowed the strange thing is that I could still feel myself in the boy as well, suddenly the door swung open, and the boy entered, the dog quickly grabbed me off the floor and ran outside, the boy did not follow. The dog dug a hole and dropped me in it; dirt was being scooped over me. All went dark.
