The renaissance of a new beginning with an outlook beyond the horizon. Look down yonder onto the dirt road of the trail which stands a mom and pop store with convenience in mind handled down from generation to generation. You could say the days of yen and well into the 21st century.

It all started with a dream that Sarah and Samuel Samples had in the sunrise of a business scope. It was the desire and contemplation of the promise to themselves. It certainly was the commitment and dedication. The eyes of documentation with the assurance of faith in meeting their business pyramid and spectrum head on. The venture was made in Retailization, Wyoming. The name of the town says it all and the state capitalizes wide open spaces. Mr. & Mrs. Samples began to run the sample

Empire with ideas in what would be sold and just what kind of assortments could be presented within the Sample name.

Analysis upon analysis was determined and finally a steady beat helped the Samples to remain on their feet. Now Mr. Samples was a long shore men, and he travelled around the world and found an array of merchandise which he felt other people wouldn’t even have considered.

Then on July 21, 1896, the Samples business was open and established in being an enterprise. The Samples worked long hours and it took a toll on their health. They were old, and years now have turned into their final years, and it was now time to pass the torch to their sons, Julius and Jerome in carrying out the business which their parents worked so hard to achieve. On July 23, 1896, Sarah and Samuel Samples passed away, but the business at hand continued. The Samples business was not spear headed by the sons, Julius and Jerome who were the heirs. Julius and Jerome travelled far and wide beyond the United States. They were going to determine what sphere of the globe would be the market for their retail operations.

The legacy was there, but needed a mission for the cause. The Sample brothers felt and saw the motto

“Saks Fifth Avenue look out and Macy’s stand back”. It didn’t mater if it was trinkets, as it was something that could be sold leading to better merchandise to intrigue the customer.

Then as the stars twinkled, and the moon shared the beams of light like a lamp, it was the dream that was transpired by the Sample brother’s parents, Sarah and Samuel as encouragement from heaven itself. The inspiration was his father’s accomplishment, and how the business was developing. It was also the thought in making the cash register ring louder in performance.

The Sample brother’s father words brought out idealistic and revolutionized all in one statement. By the time morning came, a bigger picture with a bigger store. Mine you, the town of retailization was also realization in the purpose with a purpose with a dialogue of prosper and identification.

Julius and Jerome identified the factors in what their father’s dream had been saying all along. It was the approach with an advertising campaign that would make the Samples store, a household entity into tomorrow of retailing. The brothers wasted no time in constant hours in turning from approach into creativity in the overview. The advertising slogan, “Samples with ample in stitching with deals without hitch”. It was then determined by the Sample brothers, they needed workers to help them carry the legacy into the new millennium. Ads were placed in various sources in capturing the prospects in gaining employment in being part of the vision. The brothers found the right niche in being the buttons as employees in the placement of the organizations continued path and direction into unlimited destinations.

The first medium store was placed in downtown Cheyenne and moved to other areas of the country. Profits into revenues and a venture well versed with a script within the saga. The circles of Sarah and Samuel were certainly no squares of their involvement and presence. It was scanning the continents, and looking no further than the back door of one’s mine and presenting the front door of one’s vision. The road to walk, maybe the same road visited, but with the forward motion of excel and into success of conquered and instituted.
