One day a boy was fooling around with his friends, having a grand time talking about the latest events and such. The day began like any other, it was bright and beautiful outside, the sky shined down and hit the grass, and glistened off the melting snow. Suddenly, a girl happened by. She was moving elegantly and had a stunning appearance. Her eyes a shining blue, her hair long and flowing, a  gorgeous dirty blond. Her cheeks were rosy and her smiling face was beaming through the shadows of the trees. The boy saw her and was breathless, he couldn’t decide what to think of her, could she be as magnificent as she seemed? She came over and talked for a while to some of his friends. Did she always come here? Did everyone know her except him? He tried to speak to her but as soon as he was about to speak, she disappeared saying goodbye to all of her friends. The boy was still in awe as she walked away. Would he be able to see her again if he came to this spot the next day?

Sure enough, the next day the boy hurried to the spot where he had seen this wondrous girl. He waited around, occasionally surveying around him for the girl. He talked to his friends as though he were here for them but inside he was just awaiting her arrival. His friends began to depart and he gave in to the thought that he might not get to see her again. Suddenly though, she appeared from behind him. She started talking again in her angelic voice and the boy froze up again. After a hard minute of silently psyching himself up the boy talked and got acquainted with her.  They did not talk for long but the boy was enjoying every moment of it. They flirted a bit and were playful with their words. But then she left him standing there. He felt enchanted. The presence lingered in the air for a while like an unscented perfume. He knew that he must see her again.

Several days past of this until eventually the boy finally asked her if they could be together as a couple. He spoke with all the awkwardness inside him, letting down his guard and hoping she would let him into her life. She agreed that they could give it a go and see how things went. He had done it, he had actually convinced this girl to give him a chance. He would not waste it, he would show her how sweet and charming he could be.
