There once was a man who decided one day he wasn’t going to wash his dishes anymore. He put his dirty dishes in the sink after dinner and went to bed hating the thought of ever washing dishes again. As he had each meal in the following days he just let the dishes pile up in the sink, on the countertops and soon the stove too. Soon he had used up all of his dishes including all the sausers and bowls. He still had his mind made up that he was’nt gona wash any dishes. He started eating out of the pots and pans, cookie sheets and pie pans. After he ran out of them he started eating out of the clean ash trays and vases he had never used. Untill after a few days he realized he had used everything possible in the house he could eat out of. He could not cook anymore because he had no more pots or pans to cook in. The dirty dishes and all the things he used to eat out of were piled up to the ceiling in his kitchen dining room an even in the living room too. Discussed with his huge mess he came up with a great ideal. He decided to just load up all the dirty dishes and things in the back of his pick-up truck and take them to the garbage dump and get rid of them. Then he would just go out and buy more dishes and things and replace them. He loaded all the dishes, pots and pans, cookie sheets and pie pans, ash trays and vases and everything else he had used as a dish to eat off of. As he drove to the dump it started to rain. By the time he got to the dump he had drove through a downpour. When he got there the rain had stopped completly. He got out of his truck to discover all the dishes, pots and pans, cookie sheets and pie pans, ash trays and vases and everything else he had used to eat off of was completly clean from all the hard rain he drove through to get there to the dump.

With a big smile on his face he got back in the truck and went back home. He was giggling with laughter as he put away all the dishes back into the cabinets, all the pots and pans, all the cookie sheets and pie pans. He put back all the ash trays and vases on the tables and shelves. Then everything else he had used as a dish to eat off of. He bursted out in louder laughter and decided right then and there he would never go to bed without washing his dishes.

So if any one ever tells you they don’t like to wash dishes. Maybe you need to sit them down and tell them the story of the man who decided one day he wasn’t gona wash his dishes anymore. And any time after that they tell you that they don’t want to wash the dishes. Ask them again if they would like you to sit them down and tell them the story again and maybe again untill one day they will realize the moral of the story is to always wash your dishes or hear this boring story over and over again.
