This is a short story I wrote about note passing.
I knew something was odd right when I entered the room. I could tell someone had fidgeted with my belongings at my desk. I had been to lunch and when I returned to my English room, I found it. The note. I checked everything; my binders, my backpack, and finally, my pencil pouch. I saw the note right when I opened it. I was a white, wrinkled, square-piece of paper that had been folded in half 2 times. It read something along the lines of:
“ Tiffi, I can’t stop thinking about you. I want you so much. SA”.
Of course, the being that I am, I played this off really cool. I stuck the love letter into my back pocket and waited until the period was almost over. Then, I talked to John, my classmate sitting to the right of me and I asked him who it could be and what I should do. He said to just keep a clear head and let the Secret Admirer make their next move. I took his advice and waited.
