She always was the black sheep,

Never good enough just like her father.

One day they will all be amazed at what she has accomplished.

One day they will stand in awe,

One day they will realize what they have done to her.

While she struggled to her keep head above water they moan and groan,

No support only pressure.

As she struggles to raise her son alone she can’t even find someone to look after him properly while she has to work to keep food on the table.

“You’ll have to pay; we don’t have enough for our vacation next year.

Or you’ll have to move so that we can put someone else here that will be able to pay.

We have to go next year.”

They as family say while she begs for a little support; is that so much to ask?

One of the only people whom she could still rely on stabbed her in the back that same day.

A promise that she took to heart was broken.

She sits and wonders why everything has gone so terribly wrong.

Why did no one care enough to just be there for her when she needed them?

She stands alone in a cruel world with no one to trust.

Family and friends tend to let you down when you need them most.

She knows that even at this point when it feels like no one is there, there is a greater Power at work in her life.

When she feels like the world has turned its back on her, she knows her God carries her through it al.

He is the only one who will never deceive or betray her.

Her Lord is the only one who stayed constant while her world fell apart.

Her God is the only one who never left and never will!

While she does not know what tomorrow brings He already planned it for her.

Exalted is the Name of the One that will never leave us, never deceive us, never let us down, never cease to love us eternally. Exalted is the Name of the Holy Power that will lift me from this life. Exalted is the Name of the only one true God who will help me to my feet again!
