Read me a story my Princess.

Tell me a story princess, read to me about how it could be if I were human, only you understand me in this cruel form I have.

You are so beautiful and have never shown any fear of me, I am ugly but you never show that you notice, if only I were a man I would marry you and care for you, my princess.

We are dealt a hand of cards to play our life with and I got a bad one, even so you became my companion, I adore you but WE can never be.

So read to me my princess, take me to a place where I can dream.

The princess smiled and read, the two of them were transported to a wonderland of dreams a place where all were equal a utopia.

The written word can move mountains we can escape just for a brief moment to a magical place in time.

So read to him little princess, and then read your word to me.

See Johnny, even if just for a moment, life isn’t as chaotic as it might have before given the chance to just let go an relax in a story that isn’t a reality, but that’s where we all need to go sometimes, out of our selves life … even if just for a moment. Thanks for sharing this one Johnny, very well written as far as my attention is concerned. It kept me within the story’s realm, an let me leave my own “day to day” life for just that moment. Very well done johnny. Don’t ever put your pen down…..your pen an paper/type is what we all need, we all use to get away through someone else who can capture the mind even if for just that “small moment” thanks for that Johnny. always keep sharing with me …..

she sees what she sees not what you see.
The beast sees ugly only because he is different,
she is different because she has lived ugly. :) .

This is a beautiful Poem that pretty well says it all; we each see what we individually see and it may not always be the same things. She saw the innner beauty of the beast not the outer shell of him that is easily seen by all. We often find what we think we see or seek. Thank you.
