This was written by my grandaughter Crisann. She wants to be a writer someday like her grandmother Ann M. Nurse who is a great writer and has authored two books on "Herbal Hair Care" and "From Terror To Love Defined."

The princess was a really lonely girl in a castle. Her name was Polly. She had a pony named Little princess and she wanted to go riding on her, but, the king, her dad wouldn’t let her get out of the castle.

One day she got on her bike and rode and rode to the park. She played with the other kids.  She got on a sliding board and she played and played and she had a lot of fun.

After playing along time, Polly went back to the castle and her dad was very angry at her and even began yelling loudly at her. Her mom, the queen, said to the king, Polly’s dad, “Don’t yell at our daughter like that, she needs to be free.” But the king said “No, she doesn’t need to go outside and play. She needs to stay in the castle with us forever.”

Then her mom, the Queen said, “We need to go for a walk in the park and talk about it”  Then the king replied, “Alright we will do it.” Then the Princess Polly said, “Yes, yes, yes, let’s do it.”

When they started walking to the park they found another pony. They named the pony Prince. Polly asked her dad the king, “Dad can we keep him?” The king said reluctantly, “Sure Polly we will keep him. He’s all yours. I am sorry I’ve been so mean lately.” So Polly told her dad, “That alright dad, I love you.”

Soon After that, her dad, the king told Polly, the princess and her mom, the queen, “I sure love you both so much and I promise to do better, Okay?”

They all agreed and Polly got on her new pony and had some more fun. She sure loved her ponies! “Ponies are like pretty flowers,”  Polly said happily. They lived happily ever after. The End.
