The Prodigy Bee

The assertion of knowledge with the definition of words leading too the challenge in conquering the usage, and its syllables. The bee speller being introducted too words at a young age. Anna Thomas was taught by her parents, Charles and Shirley, who were scholars in their own right going back too their college days. They wanted the best for their daughter, and for her too be the best in everything she chooses too accomplish. Anna Thomas encouragement was through words and intellect in meaning. On April 19, 1972, Anna Thomas accepted her challenge too see how far it would take her. At Thomas Jefferson Prep School in Bronxville, New York, a challenge was arranged through Principal John Alexander, and a leading teacher at the school, Ms. Janet Jamieson, English her specialty.

Between the Principal and the teacher, they wanted too test the students knowledge, ability, and adaptability too concentration. Let the spelling began! It was Anna Thomas, and several of her fellow students as an introduction too the big event, the world championships too follow against another prep school. Anna Thomas was first up, and her word was ennoblement which she spelled with flying colors, but the question remains, did her parents prepare her for the challenge or will she feel the pressure? The other students were attempting too spell certain words, but some were succumbed too the pressure, but Anna Thomas became the ranking winner too succeed, and went on too the world championships.

Anna Thomas parents began too quiz their daughter for the world championships, and become a winner against Siri Vail Prep School in Yonkers, New York. Anna Thomas was picking words from the hard copy dictionary and online technology. She was now prepared, but would her nervousness take control over her anxiety. The moment of truth had truly arrived, and it was 7:00 PM at Thomas Jefferson Prep School with the challenger Siri Vail Prep School on August 18, 1972. It’s a clear evening, and a bright future for a lucky star too be the winner for their school and with recognition with overcoming words empowerment, and their structure. The first up, Jeffrey Myers from Siri Vail, and his word was 14 syllables, but could he spell it, and he did. The next student up, Anna Thomas from Thomas Jefferson, and her word was 18 syllables, and she spelled it. Another challenger was Lisa Anderson from Siri Vail, and her word was 12 syllables, and she was spelling it in her head, but would her mouth pronounce it, but failed by one syllable. All the other challengers were out, and it was now between Anna Thomas of Thomas Jefferson and Jeffrey Myers of Siri Vail. The fate was now in their hands. Jeffrey Myers was up first with his 20 word syllables which he almost spelled, but with difficulty, and missing two syllables. It was now Anna Thomas turn, and her word was 20 syllables, and she spelled with confidence, and shined as the winner of the world championships, and even the moon smiled in approval. This was the first time Thomas Jefferson Prep School ever won a championship in the years it was given.

Thanks too her Anna Thomas parents, and team efforts of 3, Anna Thomas was able to win the championship with a trophy of achievement, and a scholarship to any college of her choice. Words too live by, and acquaint the usage with definition, and character of intellect.
