People everywhere around the world now,sit in the same room and barely speak to each other, mothers and children, couples, best friends. No one tries to even summon for each other now, sometimes they just arrive. They could live in the same household and have known each other for years there is no explaining it. It’s something unreal, loved ones not being able to tell each other how they feel face to face. I’ve seen many moments like this recently, horrifying.

I bared witness to a young man and a woman, both claimed to be in love. Yet, I never once ever heard them whisper the words to each other since the dawn of the curse. A mother and son both sat face to face and communicated through the pitter patter of thumbs onto the plastic shiny surface. Until, the boy got up and took out the trash. Friends, will be sitting around solemnly staring into the shiny surface tapping their thumbs and fore fingers against the plastic objects, eyes glazed at the glimmering light, when all of a sudden a new guest will arrive and do the same thing.

The machine itself is always changing, sometimes it’s flat, other times its blocky. It can be heard whistling, mimicking your favorite musics, or just buzzing around the floor if left unattended. Each machine has a personal tracking device so everyone can send signals back and forth.

Since, everyone has one they all go crazy once their prized object is misplaced or stolen. Finally breaking the code of silence and for awhile return back to normal, until they either buy a new one, or the company replaces it. At this point it starts all over again.

I hate you and your Smart Phone. Nobody likes you & You’re not important.
