This story is about a wealthy lady who is trapped by her money and finds escape from a stranger.
The day started like every other day, with a bright shine of sunlight in my eyes, care of Susan my maid. “Will Madam like some coffee now or would you like it waiting waiting for you on the terrace?” “Out on the terrace!” shouted Vivian. Susan quickly walked with trembled hands to the terrace and placed the silver tray of coffee and pastries on the table and quickly left the room. Susan dragged herself to the table and poured her coffee and started eating a pastry, when all of a sudden there was a voice over the intercom on the table: “Madam there is a Ms. Potter here to see you”. Susan thought to herself; “What is in store for this bored heiress today?” “Let her in” she said. “By the way, Vivian I’m sorry for snapping at you this morning” Susan said. “It’s okay madam I understand you work to hard you need to have more fun”. Susan chuckled and said, “Your right, if you want you and I could have some lunch and medi-pedis how about that?” “That sounds splendid madam I would love that!” answered Vivian. Susan then answered; “Great be ready at 12 and we’ll leave then.”
Ms. Potter knocked on Susans bedroom door. Susan heard this and pushed the automatic door opener to let Ms. Potter in. Ms. Potter is a character alright, sort of a free spirit, but the best personal assistant anyone could have.
“So Ms. Potter what’s on the agenda today, before you answer that I need 12-4 free, I need some girl time?” “It’s funny you said that your day is free today, which is odd but true.” Ms. Potter replied. With that Ms. Potter gave Susan the families daily business reports to read. “Ms. Potter make a lunch reservation for two at “Rotells” for 12:30, then make a medi-pedi appointment for two at “Robares” for 1:30, that’s all Ms. Potter.
Susan was showering thinking to herself; “I need some excitement in my life, you would think 100 billion dollars at my disposal is exciting enough, huh.” Time flew and it was time to go for lunch with Vivian.
Susan went down stairs to see Vivian at the door waiting for her. “How’s your day so far?” Susan asked. Vivian answered “Great Madam I got all my cleaning done early.” “Woe, woe wait a minute Vivian, please call me Susan while we are out” Susan said. “Sure thing Madam, oh I mean Susan.” With that said they were out the door.
The ladies walked into the restaurant and was met by a greeter who had eyes that pierced Susans soul. “Hello ladies I’m Roberto your greeter and waiter today” he said. “You sure do wear allot of hats don’t you?” gawked Vivian. “We are short handed today, so what can get you ladies to drink today?” Vivian quickly answered; “I’ll have a margarita.” Roberto then turned his gaze on Susan and said; “And you?” Susan wanted to say; “I would like to have you on a silver platter and nothing else.” Susan got ahold on her self and said, “A double shot of Patron, some lime and salt.” “Wow a woman with a wild side, I like that.” replied Roberto. The ladies laughed and lunch medi-pedi day went good.
On the ride home all Susan could think of was sexy Roberto and his lovely hazel eyes piercing her inner soul. No one has ever looked at her with such genuine intensity, due to the fact she is filthy rich she is pretty much a home body.
Tonight was perfect for a fire Susan thought. She started the fire, poured herself some cognac and put on some jazz. The night was perfect but lacking passion.
There was a knock at the door. Susan then wandered to herself who could that be. She looked at the monitor on the side of the door. Susan saw a buff man in a nice black tux with a black masquerade mask on. She opens the door and the masked man hands her a white coat box with a red satin ribbon. “Master wants you to have this, if you choose to come with him to the party, he will be in the limo here, he’ll wait 30 minutes for you.” said the masked man in a strong husky Latin accent. He then turned and walked back into the drivers seat of a black stretch limo that was parked out in the front.
Susan then closed the door and thought what the hell. She rushed to the couch and sat and opened the package. In the package was a white envelope, beautiful black ruby encrusted masquerade mask, a red crushed velvet hooded cape. Susan quickly opened the envelope almost ripping the note which read: “You lack true passion and freedom. If you want to gain these this evening. Have nothing on but the cape and mask make sure you let that long hair of yours down.” There was no signature on the note. She quickly thought of Roberto and rushed up stairs. Susan ripped off all her clothes and found some black lace up stiletto heels to put on. She put on the heels, fresh coat of red lipstick and the cape on with mask in hand. She came down stairs feeling nervous and thrilled at the same time.
