I’m 16 and began smoking weed and drinking at the age of 14, I quickly got bored and have since moved on to cocaine, ketamine, ecstasy, acid and speed. I would consume several ecstasy pills a night as it is very cheap where I live.

Sometimes the rush was so powerful I would just sit there and shudder and twitch and try to start deep conversations with whoever was around me at the time. Other times I would do lines of ketamine, losing myself in the K-hole. Feeling detached from my body and time and space itself.

Soon I started combining all these drugs, producing dangerous combinations, a few times I would get sick, but otherwise I would be fine. Since I could take so much even though I was skinny I began to think I was invincible, taking drugs in large amounts every night, not even caring if the ecstasy I was getting was clean, or if it had meth or some other unknown substance in it.

Soon I was kicked out of my house and was living on the streets, somehow I kept up my addiction and stayed at friend’s houses. Around the time I was kicked out I met a girl I would soon date. I didn’t believe in love till I met her. She was against most drug use, though she smoked weed and drank occasionally. Unfortunately I introduced her to ecstasy and ketamine.

However we made a promise never to do ecstasy away from eachother as we felt it was too intimate. She also refused to let me take more than 3 pills a night. Soon I cut back on all my drug use and we became very close. While I still haven’t quit drugs I have cut back sooo much for her, and my life is finally coming together again. We just had our four month anniversery and my drug use has fallen to once or twice a week, with a few cigarettes and a few joints in between.

It’s definately not good yet, but it’s getting better.
