The valley was filled with so much light and happy little faries. They sang and danced the days away.
The music filled the forest and you could hear the songs of the fairies. They were the happiest of all the forest animals. A sparrow had fallen to the forest floor. The little bird was so sick. Gina the fairy princess made herself bigger. She scooped the tiny sparrow up and blew a kiss on the sick bird. She then laid the tiny bird in a nest high up in the trees. The next day the sparrow flew to the princess and thank her. She kissed the tiny sparrow and the sparrow flew off to its home. A lot of the forest animals knew the gift of healing threw the fairies. All the fairies played games and their favorite was hide and seek. All the princess would hide and the rest of the fairies would try and find them. With magic, the fairies could change into a flower or anything else in the forest. They always won. It didn’t matter tho, it was a amusing game. One day Gina saw a traveler coming into the forest. The alert was sounded. All the forest creatures hid. Gina was curious tho. She had never seen a man as handsome as him. She watched from the high branches of the trees. She would toss berries and tiny twigs at him. He never let anger take him over. She hid and giggled at her self, fooling the stranger. She wanted to talk to him so bad. The others warned her not to. She just couldn’t help herself. She wish herself his size and walked towards him. He was caught by surprise. How, where did you come from sputtered out his mouth. She laughed at him and said her name was Gina. Your a fairy. Yes, she said. They talked for hours. In the early morn Gina said she had to leave. His name was Oliver. He was just traveling and seeing the country side. He asked to see her again and she said ,later that evening. She returned home and drifted in to a restful sleep. He did the same. the people who lived in the town knew about fairies but the fairies were hard to spot. Hardly anyone ever saw one up close. It was better that way. It had been that way for hundreds of years. The fairies had the power to show themselves but chose not to. Fairies fall in love only once, and they are helpless when they do. Gina fell for Oliver. That night she appeared to him again. They talked and ate together. They swan in the pond and laughed. By the end of the night, Gina knew she loved him. He felt the same way. They went before all the fairies and asked permission to marry. The king fairy granted his permission. Now they had to decide to stay or leave the forest. Once you leave this forest, you can not return. They talked for awhile and decided to stay. The fairies gather and surrounded him. They sang and the magic surrounded him. Pink, blue and gold lights enveloped him. He fell into a deep sleep and woke two days later as a fairy. They were married by her father and then they headed for their new home. They were happy. They would fly into the trees and dance and sing together. The fairy land felt complete now. Everyone in fairy land lived their lives happy and helping all the forest animals. Sometime when your near a forest, you can here the songs of happiness.
