Smile and the world smiles at you. is this true??? try it.
Smiling is infectious,
You caqun catch it like the flu.
Someone smiled at me today,
And I started smiling too.
~Author UnknownToday as i waited for my daughter to run into a convenience store, a lady came out with a frown on her face, i don’t know why but it caught my attention. then a smile spread across her face and her face lit up, her whole face changed, her body language changed. I of course looked around to see what brought on that smile and at first couldn’t see anything… People were coming and going, none were showing any attention to her, but me. As she walked over to a truck i then noticed a person sitting in it and then they saw her and started to smile at her…
Nothing was special about these two people, i did not know either of them but it put a smile on my face just watching them. It made me think of how much power a smile can have. you can be having a bad day and a baby smile at you and it will make you just melt inside. let a small child smile and even if they have been tearing up something, you will let it slide.
Smiling is something that is understood by everyone despite culture, race, or religion; it is internationally known. Research continually proves that this is true; smiling really does increase attractiveness and like ability between humans. Smile at someone and you almost always get a smile back, not all the time but usually. since i have been taking pictures the two year old seems to have he most effective smile, once they hit 3-4 children have learned to do the ‘fake’ smile.
Everyone smiles in the same language. ~Author Unknown
How a persons teeth look have a lot to do with their smile, if someone has crooked or missing teeth their smile will be hid behind their hands or they will hold their lips together and it does affect the smile. But think about the last time you and someone was laughing and smiling, if its a real smile or laugh you normally do not notice their teeth… so smile!
Wrinkles should merely indicate where smiles have been. ~Mark Twain, Following the Equator
