My trip to the doctors office.

I sit in the waiting room watching the fish in the tank swim around lazily. There isa purple and yellow one swimming in circles around the fake corral and plants.  There is another purple and white fish lazily floating around the plant in the center a small clown fish lightly brushes his tail and he quickly darts like a zebra of the sea. The purple and yellow one makes another lap and suddenly stops. He turns almost straight vertical in the water and looks down at the gravel.  His large blue yes dart back and forth as if to sea if anyone is watching and he plummets straight first into the rocks. I stare bewildered and start laughing the receptionist looks at me as if im crazy and i stop. I stare on as the fish stupidly starts spitting out rocks and i look away. The other patients sit in chairs and i watch them. Babies cry loudly and obnoxiously giving me a headache, small children run around screaming parents sometimes telling them to stop but more often than not letting them scream and yell. I contemplate a world free of waiting rooms, free of the monotony of boring sterile rooms. I sigh to myself in happiness and the receptionist looks at me again. A woman walks through the door in a gown. “Jordan” she says and I ignore her to prolong seeing the doctor. “Jordan Evans” she speaks up again. I  reluctantly stand and walk up to her. “First door on the right please.” I walk down the hall into another sterile room silently smiling to myself for a world that will never be.
