There’s one middle aged man at my workplace, but from different division. This man is quite unpopular among colleagues and so far most feedback from people around him are not really good as this man is not very friendly, and most of the times can be very crude in his talking. Moreover he has a poor image. Many times when he comes out from the toilet, he has the habit of pulling his pants up while walking, well that’s his habit. However, I personally think that we cannot judge a book by its cover, he may not be very pleasant to people, but he may be better than some hypocrites around, who knows. Anyway, it’s non of my business, I’m not interested whether he’s nice or not, I don’t really know this man and has very less interaction with him though we are working in the same organisation but working in different divisions.
Few days ago, I had a very funny interaction with this man, just to share with you the joke, though to me should not be a joke.
Around 11am, I stepped out from my office and around the workshop area, I saw this man appeared in front of me. I guess he was on the way to the common gents toilet which was around that area. To my great surprise, he gave me a very sweet big smile, which I hardly see it usually, and for courtesy sake, I smiled back. He then continued to walk, but across each other’s direction (his left against my left), and I don’t know what happened to both of us, hello my friends, not chemistry or whatever, know what, his left hand and my left hand hit against each other, and then, there was a loud “KOCK!!!” sound! Guess what, my watch and his watch hit against each other! I looked at my watch, luckily, still in good condition, but this man exclaimed “aiyoh!!!” I wonder my watch hit his watch or his hand, I think should be his watch, otherwise there should not be any ”KOCK!!!” sound. He then “AIYA, AIYA”, and then stepped into the gents toilet. I then shared this joke with my colleagues and we had a good laugh over it. They were teasing me, why so coincident, watch can hit watch, if this coincidence can apply to lottery, how nice.

For some reason, I cannot understand what is so funny about this. It happens to me all the time, mostly in summer when my watch is not covered by clothes. Though, I wear my watch in a little odd way. I am right-handed and yet I wear my watch on the right hand .
