A couple’s house becomes the first stop in an unexpected unheard of invasion.

This Just happened when the first American Settlers settled in Roanoke. The settlers began the day like any other day. Suddenly the large trunks of the trees began to shake and crack down the center. The trunks split open as 8ft spiders pushed their way out and quickly completely camouflaged against its surroundings. Invisible, the spiders scurried through the township, capturing settlers and wrapping them in their web, then dragged them back into the trees and fused the split trunks shut. When other settlers came to Roanoke to check on them, there were no signs of the former settlers, only a sign that read “Croatoan”

Today, they came back. My wife was in the bath when I first noticed them. I was out in the yard mowing because I wanted to get the lawn cut before it rained. I felt a cold wind as I mowed around the trees. I looked over and saw that all 5 trees seemed to have been busted open from the inside. Upon further inspection, I saw baseball sized ellipse foot prints, and they were headed to my house. I ran inside as quick as my legs would carry me. When I opened the front door, I could hear something crawling on my walls I looked toward the wall, and for a brief second, I thought I saw something, but then it was gone as I ran toward the bathroom to check on my wife. I noticed it again, this time I continued to stare at the wall adjacent to me and something strange happened. A shape began to take form. It wasn’t like I could actually see what i was staring at, but it was blurry at spots on my wall, this is when I knew whatever was and is in my house is invisible. I ran to the bathroom and opened the door. My wife opened her eyes and looked toward me and I looked at her, but something was in-between us that made us both look blurry. My wife saw it first, the spider and she let out a scream that could of scared away a home invader, causing the spider to jump through my bathroom window, but all we saw was the window bust out as if we had just thrown something at the window.

I’ve been holding my wife in my arms for the past three hours, and we have yet to get the courage to go to sleep. We locked ourselves in the computer room which was closed earlier so we know the invisible spiders couldn’t possibly be in this room. But we can still hear the other spiders scurrying inside and around the outside of our house. The spiders have already busted through several of our windows. We don’t know when this room’s window is going to be attempted. I’m going to have to end this letter. My wife is on the other computer, and just ran across an live video of the giant redwood trees of new york hatching out a swarm of GIGANTIC SPIDERS. She wants me to barricade the window and door before we attempt sleep. The electricity has also been flickering so I’m not sure how much longer I can be writing this email. I’ll just end now by saying I hope we don’t end up like the lost colony of Roanoke. I’m not sure what Croatoan means, but this is my “croatoan.” Hopefully thousands read this and know what happened.
