Queen Lavendar Eyes finally decided to sit her two daughters down and tell them more about their destiny.
The O.Z. was in turmoil and the only thing that would change this land was one solid book. A book the queen never dared to steal but knew it had to be done. The Grimmerie was destined for a good greatness. Greatness so big it would end in the hand of Dorothy Gale’s family. Buried, it was deep in the heart of the Grey Gale with the Witch of the West’s melted, decrepid dead body in it. The Grimmerie was inside of its own walls hidden within the room of swollen magic underneath the name Elphaba Thropp. Elphaba once was a girl who through misinterpretation was chastised for being green and defying the once Wizard of Oz. The Grimmerie was found in her hands. But one never knew the destiny of its contents would be stolen and prophesized into the Gale family and used for good and greatness.
Queen Lavendar Eyes sat down her daughters for a talk of sorts inside of the big sitting room.
“My daughters this city was once so green and vibrant. It was also very populated with pleasant people. It was worthy of everything it surrounded.”
“But,” DG interrupted her. The queen held a hand to slow down her daughter.
“Let me explain. Back then no one was cross. This land was a very peaceful place. Then one day the light did conquer darkness. The story I do tell you in true. Good true real magic reigned as powerful. There were magic wands, suspicious tornados, flying broomsticks, floating bubbles, a beautiful yellow brick road, talking trees, and talking animals. But, best of all were our very first eldest grandmother’s magic silver shoes. Every generation that passed they were handed down. One particular day the magic shoes were given to my Grandmother. She turned to be a cold person and a bit selfish. One day I found my mother had stolen the magic shoes and sent them back to the second original owner my eldest grandmother whom everyone knew was still alive inside of the Grey Gale for safe keeping until it was time. Shoes were too powerful to be kept in daylight inside of the O.Z. no longer. Everyone wanted a piece of the shoes. There is a time for all to be revealed, but, that is not what is worrying me.”
