Queen Lavendar Eyes finally decided to sit her two daughters down and tell them more about their destiny.

“What is worrying you, mother?” Azkadellia asked her earnestly.

“How we will bring back the former glory of this wonderful city.  The Emerald City prospered and flourished greatly.  To do this much is needed DG.  And Azkadellia we certainly could use your efforts as well.  The Grey Gale is essential in the quest for a better Land of Oz.”

“Oz?  Wait, O.Z.” Azkadellia exclaimed, “I thought Oz was only a myth. At least that’s what Cain told me.”

“Oz is real. And the shoes are too, as well as the Grimmerie.  But it was the magic shoes that gave the Gale line their powers.  So much power in fact our eldest grandmother still lives entrapped within the walls of the Grey Gale.  She is part of the key to the Emerald City and light to its darkness.”

DG sat and stared at her mother, “Why are you telling us this now? Why wasn’t I to save her when I was in the Grey Gale?”

“Sweetheart, it wasn’t your mission then.  Your mission now is to save and restore the Land of Oz.  The O.Z. will be no more.

Azkadellia stood up, “What must we do mother?”

The Queen took a deep breath, “The Grey Gale holds the rest of the fairy magic that the former Queen Ozma gave to Dorothy long ago.  Some of it was used to keep Dorothy young instead of her old, elder being.  She is alive and needs our help to restore the O.Z. into its former glory.”

DG looked to her sister.

“Are you ready little sister?” Azkadellia asked her sister directly with a smile.  Finally she would use herself for goodness.  It would be their first mission together.

“Where do we begin, mother?” DG asked her.

The queen sighed, “Inside of the Grey Gale is a Royal Succession that leads to your grandmother Dorothy.  There are other corridors and doors.  Take these words in heed.  You need to find the door which reads Elphaba Thropp she is key.”

“Az told me what happened to that woman, wasn’t she evil?  She was a witch, possibly one that was inside of her taking over her body!”

The queen shook her head motioned for them to sit down, “She was a woman, misunderstood and magical of sorts.  She has the Grimmerie.  You need to talk to her.  Wake up my loves!”

“Up?” A sudden jolt straightened both sisters out of bed, face to face of each other.  They both had the same dream.

“Elphaba Thropp?” DG asked her sister.

“The Grey Gale,” Azkadellia asked her in a whisper.

Bother sisters found themselves on their way to the Grey Gale for answer.
