An alien force threatens earth and six youths are there in the front lines whether they wanted to or not.
“Dude, Okathu wants to talk to you.” Sam said to Falkier.
“Patch him through.”
“This is Okathulichkilon, Grand Master General of the Glorthok race and leader of the Glorthok Military Forces. I am going to ask you once more, surrender or you will perish.”
“Okathu, I have said it many times: We will not just lie down and die. We will fight for our planet and we will win.”
“You chose death then. Nothing less than complete annihilation. I will not try to end this peacefully any more. Oh, and tell Yeen that he doesn’t have long either.”
“What have you done to me?!” Yeens voice came over the comm system loud and fearful.
“I knew of your little resistance, I knew of you and lieutenant Sluith taking part in it, so I had all members of your resistance we weeded out scheduled for a medical exam and had explosive devices planted in your heads. So I can kill you with the push of a button, you and anyone in the resistance. I even knew of my own son leading it. He told me him self not ten minutes ago.”
“Lies Jinkta, died in the core, I saw him.” Jason’s voice shouted.
“So you may think, but he escaped, he is here next to me… maybe he can persuade you to surrender.” Falkier heard a bumping and an unfamiliar voice sounded.
“Hey guys, how you all been?”
“You’re Jinkta? You are the one who helped my friends destroy the Optima?” Falkier asked.
“That’s me.” A slap and Jinkta grunted. His next words were hurt and forced. “Yeah, listen guys, if you surrender, my father will show you all the mercy of- NO! Don’t quit, don’t surrender. Keep fighting” sounds of fighting appeared and Jinkta’s voice never spoke again.
“It seems my son refused to take the easy way out and prefers the hard way of torture and suffering, the same fate that awaits you should you not surrender. Stand down and I will spare your friend here.”
“No!” Jinkta’s voice shouted over the scuffle but in vein. A crash and the comm was silent.
“He will not interrupt us again. Now, stand down now!”
