VACATIONS ARE MURDER

          Lee Adams, co-owner of Oranges Nightclub in Miami Beach was shot to death  while he was on a short vacationin the Bahamas and detective Ray Foley was put in charge of the investigation.  His first job was to inform Lee’s family and business associates of the murder.                                                             

         He arrived at Oranges Nightclub in Miami Beach and the first person he saw was the singer Billie Lee; she was on the stage practicing  songs for the evening show. 

             “I’m sorry to bring you some bad news,” said detective Foley.” Lee Adams was murdered,” He was shot. It happened in the Bahamas.  Some tourists were taking a shortcut down an alley and found his body”
