I am not so sure how I feel about this. It is very well composed and certainly has a good audience. I am not a drinker of whiskey. I do drink wine and I can savoir the experience. There is a lot for me to wrap my mind around here. Your writing is very good…my mind is trying to compehend!

This is a work of fiction. I don’t even like drinking whiskey, I am more of a vodka man myself. The story comes from a collection of my friends who love scotch and whiskey and watching them enjoy drinking it. I would explain how i see the the protagonist, but I don’t want to tarnish the mental images you have developed for yourself.

Excellent, my friend. I have had more than one of these nights. It seems as though we have similar habits when it comes to how we like to drink our whiskey. I have always prolonged the first one for the same reasons.

Nicely written. If I was a whiskey drinker this would surely entice me to open a bottle. Nice descriptive passages!
