My love for chicken began as a young child, whenever I would smell the familiar smell of fresh chicken from Popeyes I knew I was about to have a great meal. As the lucious aroma excited my sense of smell I could not help but get excited for this meal was not just any old meal it was a meal with family.Oh how I miss the Popeyes that was right around the corner from my house, the manager special that I enjoyed so much.

I also remember seeing my mother in the kitchen frying chicken. I absolutely love the taste of it. It is because of that that I enjoy preparing meals at home I eat chicken just about every day in some form or another if I order chinese food I love hunan chicken, general tso’s chicken,  chicken with vegetables, kung pao chicken etc. At home I cook it baked with vegetables that i switch around depending on what I am in the mood for. I have also cooked chiken with garlic and onions that has a ncie flavor as well one of my favorite seasonings is adobo seasoning.

And just what are my favorite parts of the chicken may you ask?  Well let me oblige you they are the thigh and the leg talk about succulent but the part of the chicken that is even more tasty that makes my taste buds dance is the tail of the chicken it is but a tiny part of this dear bird but it is simply the best. I will eat the wings they are pretty good especially chicken wings with mambo sauce they taste very good.
