Wyatt Earp the Miniature Schnauzer has returned with his latest news about life out on the road in a big truck with his Pop.
Hello people, Wyatt here once again to give you an update on how my pop and I are doing out here on the road.
Well, maybe we should have the driver door replaced with a revolving one after going through four co-drivers!
I don’t know where these strange people are coming from but they need to go back!
None of them, well, okay, maybe one of them was good to me…the other three? Forget it! As soon as pop was out of sight they mistreated me. It didn’t take pop long to figure it out, either because he’s really smart!
Like Beverly? Well, she filled my bed up with her c.d. cases and purse. If that wasn’t enough she put all kinds of junk in the passenger seat so I couldn’t sit there and then filled the floor between the seats with more stuff! She was always swatting at me and several times swung hard to hit me but missed. I never told pop but I think he figured it out when he reached for me once and I flinched.
“Wyatt? What’s wrong little man? I’ve never hit you!”
He said. I just looked at him like “Please don’t hurt me, pop!”
That did it! He knew then that she’d hurt me or at least tried to. Jim was the only one that was good to me…actually he was very good to me but he treated my poor pop like doggie pooh. He’d sit and hold me for hours. He wanted to take me out for walks while he drove but I only trust my pop in that department.
“No, thanks, Jim. I’ll wait for my pop to get up and take me out!” I’d say.
The first woman, what was her name? … Oh yeah! Amanda! She was okay but really didn’t like me being in the truck. And then she gave my pop a hard time because my mama had recently groomed me so that I’d be pretty when we started work and she grumbled that it was too cold for me to be shaved!
“Amanda, I brought three coats and a sweat-shirt that I put on him if it’s cold outside! I keep the truck warm inside so what’s the problem?” My pop explained.
No people, I’m never cold…unless I drag pop around too long outside then of course I get cold! But trust me, my pop takes very good care of me!
