Things I wish I could have done, but def. did!

There’s the video to prove it (:

I don’t want a long list of things I wish I would have done when I was 25.  I want to create my life with memories of things I shouldn’t have done instead of things I could have done.  Like climbing the roof of my sisters apartment building on a whim!! YES, I did that at age 22 and guess what… I couldn’t hold back my laughter when were busted by security because I knew that this would be a moment I would remember for a lifetime and guesse what I don’t regret a minute of it.

When we were busted, the security shined the light on us and we all froze like statues as he asked “what are you all doing up there” we all looked at each other all thinking man why didn’t we think up a story for a “just in case we got caught story,” but we just said oh nothing as my legs were dangling in mid-air hanging from the roof trying to look as Innocent as possible.

YEAH … RIGHT!! >> I looked sooooo inocent!! (as Borat would say>>> NOT!!)

Then the leasing manager came out and started scolding us! luckily my sister had made it to her apartment before the security guard busted her.. so she was in the clear as her leasing manager scolded us saying “what do you guys think you are doing, you are not spider man” << as if she knew we weren’t spider man, we very well could have been then she would not have been able to make this comment that almost made me pee my pants!!

Then my sister entered the scene in her PJs faking that she just woke up as she rubbed her eyes she asked, “what is going on out here?” her leasing manager said “this is an immediate eviction” the smirk on my face disappeared instantly!

However, I knew that this lady was speaking with anger and that by morning she will have realized that she needs my sister to rent from her because their aren’t very many tenants there anyhow.  Now can you imagine the place where my sister lives..>> Not a bad apartment, but in a bad neighborhood!! SOMETHING CALLED THE GHETTO!

Five minutes after being chewed out by my sister for giving her the AWESOME IDEA/MEMORY FOR A LIFETIME.. I told my sister “hey, in five years we will look back and tell people this story and laugh our butts off at this”.. to which she replied “I am already laughing my butt off at this, but If i get evicted I won’t be laughing very hard and in five years I can tell everyone how you got me kicked out of my first apartment the first night you stayed over!”… I was half laughing and half nervous at this point!

By morning I packed up my things and took off walking down to the CVS on the corner where my mom said she would pick me!

I looked extremely homeless with my bags and things as I sat outside of the CVS store in the shade waiting for my mom.  While I waited for my mom a guy pulled up in this Oldsmobile and looked at me strangely.  I knew he thought I was homeless! When he came back out of CVS he handed me a coke and asked if I needed a lift anywhere. I said no thanks to the coke and promised him I wasn’t homeless and I was simply waiting for my mom.  He probably didn’t believe me, but I was speaking the truth!!

I am exremely greatful for his offer though and I am glad there are people like him still out in our world!
