Invariably, winter and flu get together; there is so much activity in the way of getting prepared for the flu attack! It seems there is never a dull moment during this time, when concerns spread around like the virus itself.

We must work while it is day. One day our hearts will cease to beat, and our opportunities for service down here will be over!

Nature nourishes the spirit and allows it to rise to a soulful level of self-satisfaction. When I am away from the hustle anad bustle of urban activities and in the sanctuary of Nature, I feel relaxed and comforted and inspired.
