You think I don’t know your intentions for me?

This poem describes the progression of a verbally abusive relationship and how it goes from bad to worse to worst.

This poem is the story of domestic violence… It describes the first meeting between two people in a love-at-first-sight scenario and is told from the point of view of both the woman, who believes she has met her Prince, and the point of view of the man, who is already planning to manipulate, control, and abuse her.

A lot of people will probably not understand it. Because it’s metaphor’s are rather complex. But to sum it up, it’s about a person that was never quite who they acted like they were.. And they’re rather horrible! hahaha. HAS NO MEANING NOW, JUST A POEM I FOUND IN MY NOTEBOOK I FELT LIKE POSTING. LOL.

I decided to write this because I knew that after reading this, about nine people I know will think I wrote it about them.

Another writing challenge for myself today using three words: freedom, lace, and honeysuckle.

Sometimes, without reason, we remember what we are trying hard to forget.

This could be a journal entry for someone who has been in an abusive relationship she is now attempting to get out of.
