To catch the hearts of many of my Native American brothers and sisters. Being Shawnee/Cherokee Indian is for me a proud race to be. My family all were there at the Gorge as Daniel Boone came through the Cumberland in history. The Binghams as artists who painted Daniel Boone were from the European side and were my relatives, and the Indians who were also my relatives are Shawnee and Cherokee living together till the Trail of Tears. Yes my heritage and history are very important to me and so should everyone’s be.
