In South-Africa we grow up with a different mentality towards crime, however we still don’t appreciate it. Unfortunately I am sad to say; we are sort of used to it. This is why it may be a little easier for me to remember and write about the night I got attacked at my house in South-Africa with a hammer. According to the police I did everything right and because of this I am still alive today to tell you about my experience. Please understand that if this situation should occur again I would never recommend fighting back, I am very fortunate to still be around today.

The Pearl Harbor attack by Japan marked the beginning of a drastic turnaround of events that dragged America deeper into the Pacific debacle, triggering a chain reaction resulting from that sudden and unexpected assault that severely traumatized the nation.

Some things you cannot explain, but on one awful night for me, I felt someone firmly grab my shoulder as I went to leave the house for a night out. I thought it was my housemate but when I turned around nobody was there. I have never gotten over the events of that night and wish I would never have gone out.
