Someone asked me to write what was on my mind and this came out.

I am an animal lover, a bit of a hypocrite, I eat animals, but set flies free catching them and releasing them out of my house. There are some cruelties we truly can live without. Read the whole poem before you think you know what the point is.

This is story that was inspired after passing a roadside memorial for a dead deer. My first thought when I saw the flowers on the dead deer was now this is going too far. Then I thought well maybe it was someone with a child that hit the deer and they did it for the child and this was how I got the idea for this story. Look for other stories daily inspired but things I see or do with my Children.

Once upon a time in the land of Candyland, there was a very gullible deer who would be the demise of his own soul. The moral of the story is to think before you act, and not to spend money you don’t have.

Looks at the problem of politics in America. Written in the same form that Dante wrote the Divine Comedy.

Just a story I made up mixing well known characters from our child memories. Hope you like it.
