This gentleman was tall, way too thin for his build, wearing no coat and it was only 23 degrees outside and beginning to spit fine snow!

This is a story about Joe, a truck driver who had to be away from home quite often. Many of us at one time or another have to travel for our employers, but Joe was often across country from family. Hard to get from one place to another when you drive an eighteen wheeler. Sometimes when we are away things happen, we miss things that are important. Joe missed the most important thing.

A ride down I-Seventy-Five in our trusty old red Mitsubishi. Traffic is heavy with trucks, RVs, state patrol cars and we just cruise along.
