The "ups and downs" of life can sometimes be downright frustrating, when failures may cause the spirit to sag to the extent that there are those who may quit trying again.

Life’s pace is ever-changing, and in the midst of everything, we need to stop and breathe. we need to take the time to take some of the weight off our shoulders and live.

I don’t know what you would call this. It’s almost as if they are lyrics in prose. Just kind of came out one day.

I wrote this poem when I was going through emotional times. I find it’s the only way I can release what I feel inside.
