Pain of heart in the form of tears come out through eyes and heart goes into deep sorrow with the disruption of a dream. When there is no other way to remove this sadness, heart starts to express it in words and it comes out in this way :

Some people say writing can be used as a therapy. Well here is my quick therapy for now and then I must get back to those projects I am working on…

It speaks for itself. I hadnt seen my first love since he broke my heart, & I had thought I was finally strong enough to see him. Well at the sight of him, everything I had built up, Shattered as I hit the floor crying.

"Help me to forget,
I’ve tried so hard and yet,
It’s just hard to Forget ……"
