Our response to the next disaster may result in a chain reaction.

Do you remember Rachel’s Challenge? This organization has taught that this challenge does not have to just be a research assignment for students in schools but should be something that ignites compassion in each one who hears Rachel’s story and help us to remember to act on kindness in everyday situations.

Rachel was the first girl that died in the Columbine High School shooting on April 20th 1999. She had an amazing dream: to start a chain reaction. A chain reaction of kindness and compassion.

Just as our homes are in need of care and attention to keep them functioning and to bring out their fullest potential, we also need care and attention to keep functioning and to realize our fullest potential.
