I delivered this for my Project Speech # seven.

A fighter who fights to win.

This song / poem was in my head while I was biking home from school. Sometimes that will happen when I do something physical. This composition reflects having a good and being able to focus on getting past the negativity that often comes up in life.

BLOOD.

This poem is dedicated to my friend Lisa, who’s work will not end. She had dedicated her life to trying to end the stigma that surrounds mental illness.

During this month of February the viewers will be interested in seeing all the records exceeded because this can help improve health medicine. So, this is not a surprise to learn about some of the champions.

I’ll never stay down for the count.
