This is about the day that my daughter was born 38 years ago yesterday.

Every day mothers show unfathomable love for their children. They find joys in the simple things they do, their smiles, nurturing, and raising them.

Preeclampsia: preeclampsia is a pregnancy complication. Which include high blood pressure that occurs in late pregnancy or shortly after birth. Preeclampsia can make a premature release of the placenta from the uterus (placental abruption) and problems in newborns.

After childbirth, many women have mood changing. They may feel happy one moment, then sad the next moment. Some women also lose their appetite, suffer from sleep problems, and feel sad. However, these symptoms are often caused by the "baby blues" – a temporary condition experienced by 50-80% of women after childbirth. If you do not feel better after a week or more, you may experience what is called postpartum depression (postpartum depression). Postpartum depression affects approximately 10-15% of women after childbirth.

Hearing the word water birth will bring us to the perception of a method of deliveries performed in the water. Most of us in Indonesia consider underwater childbirth method is a new method when in fact the water birth method has been known long before.
