A friend of mine went through a recent tragedy. He did something he shouldn’t have & got drunk. He was with three other friends. A boy & two girls. He wrecked the car, & fleed from the scene on foot. The boy that stayed tried to save one of their lives while helplessly watching the other die. Even ’til today, he puts zero faith in someone trying to help him. His guilt eats away at his insides, so I wrote this poem for him.
