This poem refers to my bipolar disorder and my cutting.

It is so unfortunate when people feel that they can do harmful things to you and get away with it. There is always a lesson to be learned and it entails being prepared to suffer the consequences when you try and hurt someone intentionally.

Stand up and fight for what you believe in.
