Diplomacy is a hard job. It started with the consulates which were originated from Poland and then the Convention of Vienna which was signed in Austria. Diplomates have to show a good example the problem is that some diplomates use gossips to make their decisions.

Before the Convention of Vienna there were the Consulates which were created in Poland. Nowadays most consulates have a trade component. Napoleon Bonaparte prefered the Consulates.
