Life is strewn with contrasts some are highlighted in the above verse…

An overview of a city 35 miles northeast of San Francisco. The city is bankrupt, the citizens contrast from poor to well off. Empty building bare witness to the city’s down turn and the citizen’s attitudes are very apathetic.
