There are blankets made of wool or acrylic wool. You can make your own blanket or buy one. The other forms of cover during the winter is your hair which can keep you warm.

At my moms house whenever I was upset, I used to escape to the area below the bottom deck. There I had a place to sit beside the creek and sing songs or listen to birds sing songs, or just watch nature and relax. I would sit there for hours untill I felt better and I ended up in such a good mood that it somehow fixed all the problems in my life for the time being.

The wind of love. We all need it. Do your best to have a feel of it because it is heading you way!

Looking toward the snow capped mountains from my cozy alcove, I am reminded of how depression can cover one’s ability to focus and enjoy life.

You just need to deal with it when your cover has been blown.
