I am a Crow. I am a bird. I am not esteemed in the bird community. Human beings also abhor me. I am not envied any where in this world. What are the reasons behind this aversion? Why are you so annoyed from me? Have you ever pondered over it?

The legend of Sanzuwu is that of ten sun ravens who took turns flying around the world until one day they all (blinded) flew to the Earth on the same day and set it on fire; eventually nine of the ravens were shot down.

Feathers scatter, from wings aflutter, as a crow caws…

A mean person when gets a good position becomes very proud and challenge all others. At last he/she will fall. Examples are there all along human history.

In my heritage we firmly believe that the Raven is the keeper of the soul.

I know they can be pests but I still find them beautiful.

One evening a father with his son who just graduated from higher education sat chatting in the courtyard watching the atmosphere around them. Suddenly a crow perched on a tree branch. The father and pointed to the crow as he asked, "Son, what it is?" "The crow", replied the boy.

So this is ‘The Crow’ fan fiction. I wrote this back in October of 2009 and I decided to keep it as I wrote it, with only correcting some typos and spelling. This was and still is my way to honor James O’Barr the creator of the original, which changed my life and in memory of Brandon Lee who continues to change my life.
