Who will then be not attracted to have a white-collar job, to work in the office with a pretty good salary. A farmer does not have promotion. He does not have regular salary or has an income when his crops are devastated by a typhoon, flood, attached by pests and insects, drought, and so on. What he can expect is a minimal help from the government. He has to go to a loan shark to start anew.
