Just to all the people who thinks life is not important, your totally wrong no matter what your going through you know. because personally I have a shitty life but I keep going on and on every day, and you just gotta believe and keep believing and trust me it will get better, I would know because I just got out of a depression and, for all you stragglers out their I know you guys are with me so keep hanging on. oh yeah and keep leavening god he will help you out.

This fictional prose piece is a heavy-hitting tragedy following the nighttime journey of Jason. A 20-something who never went to college, he still lives with his parents. This story follows his drug-abusing, crime-committing lifestyle around downtown Syracuse. Enjoy.

I miss my dad.

This is a short story about adulthood and responsibility. a woman recalls a memory from her childhood about having fun and living simply and her father’s reactions to her. She also addresses a former crush which prompts her to find out where he is in life. When she discovers, that they are in very different situations now she blames her happy, and simple child and digresses to her father’s criticisms.
